LEXINGTON, Ky. – With the Bluegrass State buzzing ahead of Saturday’s showdown between Kentucky and Louisville, UK Athletics is issuing important reminders about ticket security.
Fan should exercise caution against counterfeit and invalid tickets. That risk is magnified for sold-out games like Saturday’s. Only tickets purchased directly through the following official outlets are guaranteed to be valid:
- The UK Ticket Office
- Ticketmaster, including Ticketmaster’s official resale marketplace
- Rupp Arena Box Office
- ReplyBuy
- FEVO
- Visiting team ticket office
UK Athletics cautions fans considering purchasing tickets through other outlets that may be unable to provide this assurance.
UK Athletics strives to provide fans with a ticketing experience that is convenient, safe and secure. To combat ticket fraud and counterfeiting, print-at-home (PDF) tickets have been discontinued at all UK Athletics venues beginning with the 2019-20 season. PDF and print-at-home tickets will not be accepted at any UK Athletics venue and will not be sold by any UK Athletics authorized seller. Always cover the barcode when posting pictures of tickets online, and avoid exposing personal information like your name, address or credit card information.
Mobile Ticket Reminders
UK Athletics strongly encourages fans using mobile tickets to familiarize themselves with how to access their tickets prior to arrival at Rupp Arena. To expedite entry and avert the risk of mobile tickets not loading due to limited connectivity at the arena, add your mobile tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay account prior to arriving at the venue. Additionally, fans should ensure their phone is charged and screen brightness is turned all the way up when scanning into the venue. Will Call and ticket resolution windows will be open at the Rupp Arena box office, located at the High Street entrance, for fans who have purchased directly from an authorized source.
