UK Cross Country’s Kunc, Thomson Earn All-SEC Honors

Kunc earns honor for second year in a row, Thomson for third
LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky cross country seniors Jacob Thomson and Katy Kunc earned All-Southeastern Conference Honors for the 2017 season.
The top-seven finishers at the SEC Championships earned first team honors, and the next seven earned second team honors.
Both Thomson and Kunc were named to the first team.

Thomson placed fifth at the SEC Championships, being named first team All-SEC in cross country for the third year in a row.

Kunc ran 20:13.20 at SECs to earn a second consecutive Southeastern Conference bronze medal.
