In the Second Quarter:
Sperry and Combs combined to score 15 points. Luke Bellamy, Blake Ritchie, and Caden Turner also scored for Breathitt County. Senior forward Caleb Tackett made two field goals for the Crusaders, and Peyton Varney scored as well. Going into the third quarter, the Bobcats led 44-17.
In the Third Quarter:
The Bobcats’ Bryce Hoskins tallied eight of the team’s 14 points. Tackett and Grant Varney combined to score eight of June Buchanan’s nine points. After three quarters of play, Breathitt County led 58-26.
In the Fourth Quarter:
Combs and Isaac Bellamy combined to make three 3-pointers and score 12 points. For the Crusaders, Grant Varney led the team in scoring with four points. The final score was 71-34 in favor of the Bobcats.
