ST. GEORGE, Utah – The Eastern Kentucky University football team is set to take its unbeaten 2-0 United Athletic Conference record to Utah Tech on Saturday at Greater Zion Stadium.

Saturday’s game is scheduled for an 8:00 p.m. ET kickoff and can be viewed on ESPN+ with Rod Zundel and Deven Osborne on the call. Fans looking to make the trip out west can find tickets on the Trailblazers’ website starting at $10 here.

The Colonels (3-4, 2-0 UAC) enter Saturday’s game dropping a close 35-32 game at Gardner-Webb last week.

Linebacker Logan Blake led the squad with 21 total tackles, three tackles for loss, a sack, and a forced fumble over the Runnin’ Bulldogs. His 21 tackles were the most by a Colonel in a single game since Bob Head during the 1996 season.

Blake’s career day in North Carolina found him named the UAC Defensive Player of the Week for the third time this season and following EKU’s last three games played. His team-leading 89 tackles this season rank first in the conference and third in NCAA FCS football.

Leading the offensive output was quarterback Parker McKinney, who logged 213 yards in the air to surpass 13,000 total yards of offense in his career. He became the 16th FCS quarterback to accomplish the feat.
