Wildcats to open up with DePaul on Friday at 2:30 p.m. ET
LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Kentucky softball team earned the No. 14 national seed in the 2017 NCAA Softball Championships, and will serve as regional hosts this weekend at John Cropp Stadium. The Wildcats will welcome Illinois, Marshall and DePaul to Lexington for a double-elimination style bracket to send one team to super regionals.
Kentucky will open play on Friday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. ET against DePaul. The game will be shown live on ESPN3 and the WatchESPN app, as will all games of the Lexington Regional. The first game on Friday between Illinois and Marshall will be at Noon ET on Friday and shown on ESPN2.
Tickets
All-session tickets include admission to all six/seven games of the tournament (May 19-21). All-session tickets will go on sale to the general public on Monday, May 15 at 9 AM ET. Patrons requiring accessible seating should call the UK Ticket Office at (800) 928-2287.

Kentucky is one if 13 teams from the Southeastern Conference to make the NCAA Tournament. The SEC becomes just the second conference in history to send all of its teams to the postseason.
