Breathitt Defeats Jackson City to Reach to District Finals

VolleyCats win 3-1, Face Wolfe County on Wednesday

Breathitt and Jackson faced off last night for the third time on the season with a trip to the District Finals and 14th Region Tournament on the line.

Breathitt prevailed in four sets (25-19, 25-20, 22-25, and 25-20).

Breathitt advances to take on Four time defending 55th District Champion Wolfe County on Wednesday Night in Rose Gymnasium on the campus of Wolfe County High School with a start time of 7:00 PM.

Wolfe swept Breathitt on the season with a 3-0 (25-6, 25-17, 25-12) win in Jackson on September 23rd, and a 3-2 (32-30, 25-19, 22-25, 16-25, 15-9) 5 setter on October 12th in Campton.
