Ralph Fugate is from Jackson, Kentucky and has 2 kids. Abbey, age 16, a junior at Jackson City School, and Jack, age 14, a freshman at Breathitt High.
Ralph has been an KHSAA basketball official for 7 years. Ralph works for the University of Kentucky as the Southeast Regional Coordinator for the Kentucky Homeplace program and been doing that for over six years.
Ralph is also an artist, who specializes in fine art landscapes, portraits and sports art. Ralph has done paintings for UK Mens Basketball Coach John Calipari, some of which were featured in the Fayette Mall and Rupp Arena.
