State Volleyball Begins Tonight!

LEXINGTON – October 20, 2023

The 2023 KHSAA Volleyball State Tournament presented by UK HealthCare will begin at multiple campus sites around the state on Monday, Oct. 30, culminating in a central location at George Rogers Clark in Winchester for the quarterfinals, semifinals and championship match on Nov. 3-4.

First-round matchups begin with Whitley County (34-2) at Wolfe County (25-11) on Monday at 6 p.m. ET, followed by Meade County (22-4) at Logan County (24-12), Central Hardin (36-4) at Mercy (20-20), Johnson Central (29-4) at Boyd County (32-6), Assumption (32-5) at Oldham County (24-12), Paul Laurence Dunbar (33-7) at West Jessamine (30-9) and reigning state champion Notre Dame (30-5) at Campbell County (19-13) at 7 p.m. ET/6 p.m. CT, capped off by McCracken County (26-11) at University Heights (36-2) at 7 p.m. CT.

At George Rogers Clark, the quarterfinals will take place Friday, Nov. 3, at 11 a.m. ET, 1:30 p.m., 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The tournament will conclude Saturday, Nov. 3, with the semifinals at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and the championship match at 7:30 p.m.
