Tincher Scores Career-High 44, Lady Tigers Suffer Loss to Prestonsburg

BreAnna Tincher had a career day on Saturday as the Tigers staged a 4th Quarter comeback that fell short as the Prestonsburg BlackCats put up 98 points in the win.

Incredibly Tincher scored 22 of her total at the free throw line as she was 22 of 26 at the line in the game, and had 11 field goals. In the 1st quarter, Tincher had one field goal and was 10 of 12 at the line; in the 2nd quarter, she had three field goals and was 5 of 6 at the line; in the 3rd quarter she had five field goals; and in the 4th quarter, she had two field goals and was 7 of 8 at the line. However, it was not enough as the Lady Tigers gave up 98 in the game and suffered the 98-91 loss.

Addie Turner hit five 3-pointers in the game and had 21 while Riley Turner hit six 3-pointers and had 24.

Prestonsburg’s Faith Lazor put up 37 for the BlackCats while Alivia Slone added 24.
