Tincher leads LadyCats with 25 in her debut

The Brandon Hayes era at Breathitt began on Monday night with his LadyCats picking up a 67-44 win against Lee County. Hayes began his Breathitt coaching career along with LadyCat debutants BreAnna Tincher and Emily Neace.

Tincher played her first game in the LadyCat Blue and began her Senior year with 25 points, and Neace, who missed all last season with a knee injury, had 12.

After a leading 18-13 at the end of the first quarter, Breathitt opened up the game in the second quarter by holding Lee to four points in the quarter to lead 33-17 at the half. Breathitt closed out the game by out-scoring Lee 34-27 in the second half.
